Burdwan Dental College & Hospital is a government dental college & hospital located in Power house Para, Burdwan city, West Bengal. It is affiliated to the West Bengal University of Health Sciences recognized by the Dental Council of India. We offer BDS ( Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree to our students. Established in 2009,with an annual intake of 125 BDS students, we cater to their academic, clinical and recreational requirements. Committed to provide quality education in dentistry, we emphasize both on theoretical knowledge and practical skills ensuring our students are well prepared. With dedicated faculty members and modern facilities, we offer a supportive environment for the students to learn and grow. Being one of the three government dental colleges in W.B., with state-of-the-art infrastructure and all modern amenities, we serve around ----- patients daily with 9 specialised departments looking into all kinds of basic and advanced dental treatments. The institute is equipped with all modern amenities including modern dental chairs, orthopantomogram, research microscope, e-library, audio visual systems, an implant clinic, a tobacco cessation unit and a mobile dental van. Situated in a strategic location in the heart of the city, we are easily accessible by rail and by road ; enabling patients from all over Purba & Pashchim Burdwan, Medinipur, Birbhum, Purulia and as far as murshidabad to gain access to free treatment here. We emphasize the importance of patient care and community service. We also organise regular outreach programs and dental camps to provide free treatments to the under privileged community. BDCH has a two-storey heritage building in the old wing and 2 six-storey buildings in the new wing with spacious classrooms, laboratories, auditorium, OPD clinics, clinical spaces and a large playground catering the needs of both students and patients. In the midst of the urban sprawl, BDCH offers a refreshing retreat with its lush green surroundings, providing a serene and tranquil environment for learning and growth.

We offer state-of-the-art dental treatment facilities in every stream of dentistry.
