Dr. Surender Pal Singh Sodhi is a rare blend of excellent academician, able administrator, skilled surgeon, researcher with over 90 National, International Publications, Reviewer in top journals, author of various chapters in numerous books; over 40 global keynote presentations, having qualities of great leader, socially very active and above all a humble and kind human being. Dr Sodhi has more than 35 years of clinical experience of excellence in performing various Maxillofacial surgical procedures. He is a post-graduate and PhD Guide since last more than 15 years. He is also the external examiner and paper setter for many universities for conducting graduate, post-graduate as well as PhD examination.

He had been Chairman, Board of Studies, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot 2017-18, 2018-19, 2020-2021, 2022-23 and Editor of Baba Farid University Dental Journal. He had been Member of Dental Council of India (2007-2013); Executive Member of Dental Council of India (2009-10); Executive Member of Punjab Dental Council, (2018-23)
