HIDSAR started Bachelor of Dental surgery (BDS) program from the session 2007-08 with the affiliation of West Bengal University of Health Sciences and is recognized by Dental Council of India and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Govt. of India.From the session 2015-16 the college has got permission to start Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) Post Graduate course in 6 different specialties and from 2017-18 in another one specialty.HIDSAR provides a strategic blend of young & experience faculties who act as a perfect mentors for the students guiding & nurturing them to become the key factor for the development of the region and the country.The Institute provides the best academic environment set within a self contained lush green campus having four 120 seater lecture halls with hi-tech audiovisual equipments, international quality OPDs, ultra modern equipments and a world class anatomy museum.
