Hitkarini Dental College & Hospital is the eighth institution established by Hitkarini Sabha, one of the oldest and most respected educational organizations in central India. Founded in 1868, Hitkarini Sabha has a rich legacy of delivering quality education—from elementary schooling to professional and technical programs across various disciplines including arts, science, commerce, education, law, nursing, engineering, architecture, and dentistry. As the first dental college in eastern Madhya Pradesh, Hitkarini Dental College & Hospital holds a prestigious place in the region’s educational landscape. Located on the scenic Airport Road in Jabalpur, the college offers a state-of-the-art learning environment and modern facilities for aspiring dental professionals. The institution is recognized by the Dental Council of India and is affiliated with Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University, Jabalpur. The college admits: 60 students annually into its undergraduate program (Bachelor of Dental Surgery – BDS), and 33 postgraduate students across seven specialties in the Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) program.

Welcome to Hitkarini Dental College & Hospital, an institution run by Hitkarini Sabha, Jabalpur.

We at Hitkarini Dental College & Hospital are happy to be part of more than 154 years old Hitkarini Sabha institutions. At the same time we are also aware of our responsibility as part of Sabha to fulfill our duty towards the students and to the society by providing quality education and service.

Our aim is to establish the college as a provider of quality dental education in the entire Asian region. We are aware of the growing demands of education in modern times. Accordingly we plan to give the students the best academics in both theory and hands on practicals facilitated by quality infrastructure of class rooms, laboratories, clinics, library, etc. At the same time we strive to provide quality dental care to our patients on a daily basis with modern clinics, equipments and continuous learning systems for our staff. For out faculty members there is quality environment with least interference from management and primary goal of achieving good academic performance.
