Welcome to the website of K. M. Shah Dental College and Hospital, one of the constituent colleges of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth, an Institution Deemed to be University. I have recently taken over the responsibility of leading this institution – a formidable task and a challenge. Nevertheless, with the support of an excellent Management and the cooperation of diligent and sincere faculty, I am sure my mission is not Mission Impossible.

Dentistry, especially in the last decade, has been progressing rapidly, thanks to technological innovations in consortium with burgeoning scientific advances. We do not want to be left behind, and every effort is being made to keep pace with these developments. As a result, students who gain admission to our institute will be exposed not only to an assorted case material but also to a variety of teaching methodologies (like EBES – Evidenced Based Education System), learning practices, and research. Our library, sports, and recreational facilities, hostel, and mess amenities are par excellence. We believe in the all-around development of our students so that when the students pass out from our institution, they will not only be competent and confident dental surgeons with a vision for the future, but also good human beings.
