Dr. Gaurang Mistry has specialised in Prosthodontics. He has more than twenty years of teaching, administrative, research and clinical experience to his credit.

He completed his graduation from Nair Hospital Dental College in 1995. Thereafter, he pursued his post graduation in Prosthodontics from Pad. D.Y. Patil Dental College and hospital, Navi Mumbai in 2005.

He has been associated with the DY Patil Deemed to be University for more than 19 years .

He is a member and president elect of the Indian Prosthodontic Society Mumbai Navi Mumbai State Branch.

He has constantly promoted curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities in the institute for overall development of the students and staff. He has many research papers to his credit and has guided UG, PG students as well as PhD scholars
