|The SVS Institute of Dental Sciences was started in the year 2003 by SVS Educational Society to provide competent and evidence based dental care in a synergistic environment and transform oral health and well-being through exceptional clinical care, innovation, education, and research. Even though the curriculum follows the prescribed Dental Council of India (DCI) format, there is a constant up-gradation on the course content based on the inputs from alumni and the practicing dental community.

Hope you and your family are safe and are following the social distancing norms. The Covid-19 Pandemic has brought us all in an unprecedented situation, and we have challenging and uncertain times ahead.
As you all know, the institute was started in 2003 and has graduated several dentists. Even though the curriculum follows the prescribed Dental Council of India (DCI) format, there’s constant up-gradation on the course content. Over the years it has established itself among the top ranking colleges in Dental education in Telangana.
At SVSIDS , we believe that every student is unique and we ensure that every student gets personal attention not only in academics but in overall development through our unique Mentor-Mentee program. Our education is not just imparted through books and lectures but we also ensure a holistic teaching methodology.
After a relatively quiescent period, our campus is finally abuzz with activity during this month and I sincerely hope this will continue without unwelcome interruptions and breaks. This is also the time for our faculty to engage and to restore the normal activities and programs that we have always been known for.
